How To Hire A Realtor
The traditional way to hire a Realtor when selling your property, is to invite them into your home and interview them. This can be helpful in determining if you have a rapport with them and could see yourself working together. It also gives the Realtor a chance to present their detailed marketing plan for your home, and outline their research to verify their suggested list price is accurate. These are important things for you to consider..........but why not take the interview out of the livingroom and into the real world? Try before you buy!
Peter Gain challenges you to to make phone enquiries to any Realtor's office who you may be considering hiring. Simply call and ask about a property they have listed for sale, and note the following:
1. Were you able to speak directly with the Realtor, or minimally to a Licensed Assistant?
2. Was the person you spoke with friendly and courteous?
3. Were they knowledgeable about the property you were asking about?
4. Did they take the time to ask you questions and show an interest in YOUR needs?
5. If you left a message, was your call returned within a reasonable amount of time?
It takes more than an interview to prove how good a Realtor is. If you're not satisfied with your experience in dealing with them in the real world, would you want them to represent you in the sale of your property?
When you list and sell with Peter Gain, you can be confident that all enquiries about your property will be handled promptly, courteously and by someone who's actually seen the home and can answer specific questions about it.
